I’m doing laundry at a laundromat off Pico in LA. I’m wearing a shirt that reads Fuck Fur that looks like it was painted in blood. Another girl about my age comes in to do laundry. She is wearing a faded Batman tee. She looks at my shirt and says she loves it. I tell her I have always wanted a Batman shirt and I almost bought one once but I was with my boyfriend at the time who thought it was stupid and it made me feel badly so I didn’t get it.
She said, “You deserve a Batman shirt,” she says.
“You deserve a Fuck Fur shirt,” I respond.
We both take off our tee shirts and trade.
My laundry is done so I leave and never see her again.
